Oddly enough, my story is very familiar to Kodi's. My dog's name is Koby. She is a Rotti-mix. I adopted her at the MSPCA last August.

After 3 weeks of having her, she went lame and the Angell Memorial Hospital in Boston performed a TPLO. She began healing quickly. However, four weeks after TPLO on her right hind leg, the left one went. She just had her 2nd TPLO done this morning, and I called the doctor who said the operation went well and Koby is doing fine.

The TPLO cost $1,850 each but I love my dog and think she is worth it! After talking with the doctor, I learned that she will have no future pain and it will last a lifetime.
